Guaranteed Durability
Eurosol protects the roof surface from infra red and violet damage, thermal movement and heat build up whilst resisting industrial and environmental pollution.
Eurosol should be inspected annually as part of a regular maintenance program. When subjected to normal service conditions, with minimal foot traffic, Eurosol not need to be recoated for five to seven years.

Specification Guidance
Substrate Preparation and Cleaning
Existing bituminous roof should be sound, dimensionally stable, clean and free of loose matter and excess standing water.
All moss, lichen or fungal should be removed . All areas should then be treated with a suitable fungal wash.
All substrates should be free from contamination by any material which could impair adhesion.
All substrates should be free of excess standing water.
Metal surfaces should be degreased or cleaned to remove loose rust and mill scale.
Cracks, joints, tears or blisters in existing felt should be opened and fully adhered with Euro Polymers felt adhesive.
For detailed preparation guidance contact Euro Polymers Technical Department.
Eurosol System Application
The product should be stirred well before use, to ensure even distribution of pigments. Apply using a Euro Polymers Rapid Applicator Brush or a Euro Polymers Roller. The product must not be applied in standing water or freezing conditions or if these conditions are likely to occur before the membrane has dried. Only apply between +5°c - +40°c.
The product should always be applied in two equal coats, the second coat should be applied at right angles to the first, allowing the first coat to dry fully before applying the second. Normal recoat time is 1 to 2 hours in ventilated conditions. Clean tools using hydrocarbon solvents
