In the unlikely event of water ingress and throughout the guarantee period offered (subject to system, see inside) Euro Polymers GB will, if product failure occurs, replace the materials, meet the labour and other associated roofing costs at no further charge to the client. Euro Polymers GB will bring the roof back to its original condition. This guarantee is available via any roofing contractor and is valid from 1metre square unlike some of our competitors whose guarantees start from 30metres square.
Any claim should be submitted to the contractor as soon as practicably possible once a leak has been detected. It is the contractor’s responsibility to register the claim with Euro Polymers GB in writing with details of the project size, materials used and where they were/when purchased.
Guarantee certificates are usually issued upon request within 10 working days and are generally sent to the merchant source of purchase unless otherwise requested. The completion of a guarantee request form is required.
This guarantee is fully transferable in the event of the building owner moving on. (A nominal charge is levied for a new certificate to be raised)
